Shipping policy

If you place your order before 12pm Monday – Friday, your order will be shipped the same day (excluding Bank Holidays / Store Closures), and then subject to the below shipping times:

Orders 1.9KG and under will be shipped using Royal Mail, which is a 2-3 Working Day Service.

Orders 2KG and over will be shipped using DHL Parcel UK, this is a 1-2 Working Day Service.

Orders over 225KG will be shipped using a Pallet Courier Delivery. Please ensure your phone number is on the order as we will need to contact you to book this in. Pallet Deliveries can take 3-5 working days.

If your postcode falls into our “non-mainland” area, you order will be subject to a surcharge depending on order weight and shipped via another courier and can take up to 7 Working Days.

If you opt for next day delivery, please note this will be delivered on the next available working day, if the order is placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Palletised Deliveries:
Please have your Contact Information up to date to arrange delivery for Pallet Orders. Orders over 1000kg will require your OWN Forklift. The Ground/Road around the property needs to be flat, level and solid. This service takes place between 9am-5pm as standard and requires a signature, unless you advise a safe place to leave it, at the driver’s discretion if safe to do so, Darlies hold no responsibility if left. Where a delivery cannot be made due to access we will attempt a re-delivery at your request for a charge of £75.00 per pallet on the following day or when arranged, payment must be received before the delivery is rearranged. In any cases of Damages/Shortages you must note this when you Sign for it, and then contact us right away for Refunds/Replacements on any Damages. If you do not note this on the Delivery Note when you sign for the Pallet, no refunds/replacements will be given. Refunds/Replacements are only issued for what has been noted. Pallet Orders cancelled en route, or returned due to ground Conditions/Access Restrictions or other delivery issue will incur a return fee of £150.00 per pallet (subject to Location), deducted from any refunds given.
