Our Brown Rock Salt Bulk Bags for De-Icing/Agricultural approx 900/950KG can be used to prevent ice on paths, driveways, car parks, roads, and playgrounds. 

Brown De icing rock salt contains large granules and is the most commonly used in the UK. The product's natural brown colour is useful when spreading because it is visible on snow.  Brown salt can be spread manually or by using a mechanical spreader on paths, roads, car parks and playgrounds etc.

Benefits over White De-icing Salt: Usually drier than white salt and, therefore, flows/spreads easily, more affordable than white salt. It is a British mined product, much smaller carbon foot print than imported white salt.
